Why Bother with health changes?

WHY BOTHER?

Nutrition does not have to be a hard thing.

It doesn't have to be a battle. This is also not about blame or feeling bad.

It's about stepping up to the plate when you realize it's time to do so. It's not about being super skinny or 'ideal' body weights and looking 'good' for other people.

It's about taking charge of our lives, finally. (And in a positive way.)

It's about taking personal responsibility for your waistline, your blood pressure, your sleep apnea, your headaches, your hyper tension, your diabetes, your leg circulation, your stomach ailments, your energy levels, and your sleep habits.

(And in addition to eliminating problems caused by our past eating habits, we can also increase health and eliminate/reduce sickness in our bodies from other sources. There are many links to preventative and restorative health benefits attached to eating certain foods and supplements.)

It's very simple; WHAT WE PUT INTO OUR BODIES MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN HOW OUR BODIES PERFORM.

If we have health problems, we can trace much of it back to our own actions.
So perhaps it's time to consider something you've never considered before.
* Are you truly dedicated to improving your own health?
* Is it the most important thing to you and your family?
* Or would you rather continue to suffer and diminish your life expectancy so that you can 'enjoy' eating what tastes good for a moment?

(By the way, healthy eating is NOT a death sentence; I enjoy every meal I eat! It does take some adjustments, but you'll live. Longer, easier, more happily than you've lived prior!)
