Diet tips

IN GENERAL ............What I look for:


In yogurt, look for low sugar content


In margarine, use trans fat free


Low fat does not equal better all around health: use regular sour cream and cheese

Spices are your friend! One easy way to make new cooking better and delicious is to use your spices. Americans use about 5 spices regularly when there are hundreds!


You can use mayo and butter and salt, just sparingly!


Sea salt makes a great alternative to regular table salt.



If you get discouraged, just whip out a picture of your clogged arteries--or some other poor sap's--and remember what happens if you eat the 'regular' way.


This IS the natural way to eat. Back to nature. This is what our bodies need and are crying out for. It may not be popular, but an attitude of self love often isn't.

Illness is a warning, but we don't always get an advance warning to act on. Make a change now while you can improve your health.
